Have you purchased a Windows application or a document tool? Start by checking the format on your product page.
Windows applications: installation and activation
CardLoom Studio, AccordPilot, GrantHelm, ConsortiaDesk and MobiliaDesk Local are Windows applications. MobiliaDesk Institutional is deployed on your organisation’s server according to the chosen edition’s guide. Check the exact requirements of your chosen edition, download the kit, extract the archive and follow its installation guide.
- After installation, open the application's Licence page.
- Enter your organisation and order reference, then export the request file.
- Send this request to contact@docpilotia.com. Once your order has been checked, import the signed licence file you receive.
- Create an initial backup from the application and keep your kit and licence files separately.
Delivery of the kit after payment does not mean activation is automatic. The licence for the version purchased is permanent for the authorised workstation; support and updates depend on your chosen offer. For reinstallation or a change of workstation, contact the seller before transferring.

First steps
- Save a copy of the archive you receive.
- Extract the ZIP into a local folder.
- Read the PDF or HTML guide, then open the blank template or fictional example.
- Work on a copy and keep the original.
Opening files
A ZIP archive must be extracted before use. XLSX workbooks require compatible software; available features may vary by application and version. CSV files let you reuse data in a spreadsheet.
Saving your work
For the local HTML tools in Registre IA and MaisonMémo, export a JSON file after making changes, then import it next time you use the tool. Closing the page is not a substitute for a backup. CSV files export data as tables.
Examples and limits
The examples in the first batch are fictional. The AI register is neither compliance certification nor legal advice. The MaisonMémo logbook provides no diagnosis, repair instructions or universal maintenance intervals: consult the manufacturer's instructions.
Previous Payhip purchases
Keep your Payhip email and download link. The migration to Shopify does not remove this access. Dossier Fluide is also available in this shop; previous Payhip purchases retain their original references.

I cannot find my changes
In the HTML tools, look for your latest JSON export in your Downloads folder. Import that file, then check the records before continuing. A CSV is a tabular export; it does not replace the JSON backup.
The download link does not work
First check the platform and your order status. If the problem continues, contact us with the order number, product and error message. Retrieving a purchase requires verification; no private file will be published on a public page.
Which software should I use?
PDF is for reading the guide. HTML lets you use the local tool on a computer in a browser, with manual JSON backups. XLSX is an editable workbook; check the compatibility limits on each product page. Mobile application features may vary.
