The header, titles and reverse-side text are prefilled. Adapt the wording, logo and colours to your institution. Once you have created or retrieved your official identifiers and graphic elements through your authorised Erasmus+/ESC process, import the required elements and prepare production in CardLoom.

A licence is assigned to one organisation, one product and one computer. The FR and EN editions share the same rights on that computer. Support duration does not limit the permanent licence for your purchased release.

2. Prepare the request. Enter your organisation and order reference, then export the .dprequest file.
3. Receive and activate. Send the request to contact@docpilotia.com. After verification, import the signed .dplicence file supplied by the seller.

Answers before you order.

Is CardLoom only for student cards?

No. The prefilled European Student Card preset is included; you can also design general cards for members, employees and visitors.

Is this an official ESC Router integration?

No. Your institution obtains official identifiers and graphic elements through its authorised ESC process. CardLoom then helps you customise and produce the cards. It does not create official identifiers or verify institutional eligibility.

What does “digital cards” mean?

You can export cards as PDF and PNG for suitable digital uses. Apple Wallet/Google Wallet passes, RFID encoding and network synchronisation are not included.

Can I run CardLoom on a Mac or a phone?

The application installs on a 64-bit Windows 10 or 11 computer with a modern browser. The purchase does not include a Mac or mobile application or a multiuser cloud service.

Is activation immediate after payment?

The files are offered after payment. You then create a request with your organisation and order reference; the seller verifies the order and issues a signed file to import. Store checkout does not activate the software automatically.

Do I need another licence to use French?

No. French and English editions share the same rights on the authorised computer. Kits and guides are separate; the application allows FR/EN switching.

What happens when support ends?

Your licence for the acquired release remains permanent. Fixes, updates and support are included only for the duration of your chosen package. There is no subscription or automatic renewal.

Can I reinstall or move to a new computer?

You may reinstall on the same computer. Moving to another computer must be arranged with the seller after verification and discontinuing the old installation. An offline old copy cannot be revoked remotely, so transfers remain subject to the licence terms.

Does the application contain real people or institutional logos?

A new installation starts empty. Optional fictional sample data can be removed with its dedicated command. Reinstallation may preserve your existing user data.

May I resell the application or share my licence?

The customer licence permits internal use by the organisation on the authorised computer. It provides no source code or right to resell or redistribute. An additional computer requires an additional licence.

CardLoom is an independent layout and production tool. It does not issue official ESC identifiers, replace the ESC Router or claim certification by the European Commission.
