Terms of service
Terms of service and use
Version dated 24 October 2026.
1. Scope and relationship with sales
These terms govern access to the DocPilot IA shop, free content and website features. Purchases are governed by the Terms of sale, the selected offer and the Refund and Digital delivery policies. These usage terms do not remove any withdrawal right, guarantee or remedy provided by those documents or by law.
2. Access and information
Users must provide accurate order and licence-request information and have the necessary authority when acting for an organisation. Account credentials and licence files must be protected. Product pages specify editions, languages, formats and requirements; a demonstration or visual illustrates use and does not replace the described contractual scope.
3. Usage rights
Free content may be consulted for the personal, educational or internal business purposes indicated. Paid products are governed by the licence of the purchased offer: individual, household, organisation, workstation or server, as applicable. A permanent licence covers use of the purchased version within the authorised scope; it does not include perpetual support, hosting or upgrades.
Customer-created exports and data remain usable and shareable subject to third-party rights and the licence. Receiving a bonus or guide does not authorise sharing software or keys.
4. Prohibited use
Fraudulent access, malware, unlawful circumvention of protection, unauthorised redistribution of kits and licences and infringement of third-party rights are prohibited. Mandatory legal exceptions, including those applying to software and open-source components, remain unaffected. Nothing prevents a complaint, lawful review, guarantee claim or referral to an authority.
5. Human review and business data
Templates, books, tools and AI resources help organise work and prepare documents. They do not constitute an administrative decision, compliance certification or personalised legal, tax or regulatory advice. Check sources, calculations, documents, applicable rules and outputs before use. This review responsibility does not release DocPilot IA from supplying a conforming product.
Protect personal data processed in the software and make appropriate backups. A local edition does not imply automatic transmission of business records to DocPilot IA. Send real data to support only where necessary, authorised and properly governed; prefer anonymised examples.
6. Maintenance, changes and third parties
Website access may be interrupted for maintenance, security or incidents. DocPilot IA may change free content and future offers without removing rights acquired under an order or overriding supply and guarantee obligations. Third-party services and links also have their own terms; this does not release DocPilot IA from its obligations to the customer.
7. Liability and suspension
Each party is responsible for its breaches under applicable law. No blanket liability exclusion, “as is” clause or support limit removes mandatory consumer rights. Where use is unlawful or creates a serious security risk, account access may be restricted on proportionate, justified grounds, without removing customer remedies or rights over their own data.
8. Data, complaints and applicable version
The Privacy policy governs personal data. Its disclosure is not consent to marketing or optional cookies. For requests and complaints: contact@docpilotia.com.
French law applies subject to any more protective mandatory rules available to the consumer and statutory jurisdiction rules. No exclusive court is imposed on consumers. The FR and EN versions have the same substantive content. Amendments apply prospectively and do not retrospectively replace purchase terms.
