2. Platform and hosting

The shop uses the Shopify platform. European provider: Shopify International Limited, registered in Ireland under number 560279, The Sidings, 4th Floor, Grand Canal Quay, Dublin D02 E7K8, Ireland. Information and contact: Shopify contractual information and Shopify support. Shopify provides the technical platform; DocPilot IA’s commercial obligations to customers remain those of the order and these policies.

3. Purpose of the shop

Presentation and sale of software, licences, ebooks, guides, templates and digital resources. Development, installation, assistance or maintenance services are included only where an offer or quotation says so. Any physical product must be expressly identified as such before ordering.

4. Intellectual property and use

Text, software, guides, visuals and brands are protected. A purchase grants the usage rights stated in the offer and licence; it is not a general assignment of copyright. Redistribution of kits, keys or licence files and unauthorised resale are prohibited, subject to mandatory legal exceptions and rights attached to third-party components.

5. Applicable documents

The Terms of sale govern purchases; the Terms of service and use govern use of the website and resources. The Returns and refund policy explains withdrawal and remedies; the Delivery policy explains downloads and activation; the Privacy policy describes data processing.

The French and English versions set out the same substantive rules. Interpretation remains subject to mandatory customer protections. Later corrections do not retrospectively change the terms of an order.

6. Other DocPilot IA channels

The presentation website www.docpilotia.com and DocPilot IA on Payhip use separate platforms. Keep the terms, confirmation and reference for the channel used for your purchase. A Shopify policy does not reduce rights acquired under an order placed on another channel.
