Shipping policy
Digital delivery, downloads and activation
Version dated 24 October 2026.
1. Digital content
Software, licences, ebooks, bonuses, templates and guides sold as digital products are supplied by download or email. There is no parcel or physical shipping charge. Only the files and services specified in the selected offer are included.
2. Payment and file access
After payment is confirmed, download links are normally made available on the order page or by email, depending on the product. Supply before the statutory withdrawal period expires is subject to the express consent and acknowledgement of loss described in the Returns and refund policy. Where the statutory conditions have not been met, delivery that has already occurred does not remove withdrawal rights.
Files are delivered in the purchased language and edition. A digital bonus does not extend the software licence and is not a subscription.
3. Software activation
Downloading the kit and receiving the licence are separate steps. Unless the product page states otherwise, activation is manual: install the software, generate a request from its Licence page, and send it to contact@docpilotia.com with your order reference. After the payment, organisation, product and authorised workstation or server have been checked, a signed licence file is sent to you. Activation is not instantaneous.
Unless a different deadline was expressly disclosed before purchase, the licence is supplied no later than five business days after receipt of a complete request and confirmed payment. You will be notified of a blocking issue or missing information. This procedure does not restrict statutory remedies for failure to supply.
4. Installation and requirements
Download the kit on a compatible computer, extract the ZIP and follow the guide for the chosen edition. Local applications and server editions have different requirements. For an Institutional edition, hosting, domain, HTTPS, server administration, storage and third-party services are the customer’s responsibility unless expressly included.
Keep a copy of the kit and licence and make business-data backups. Local HTML resources require the manual exports described in their guides; closing a browser does not replace a backup.
5. Access problems
Check spam folders, the email entered, payment and the purchased language. Report an invalid link, missing file or activation problem with the order reference. Do not send passwords, card numbers or live student or customer databases. Support and update arrangements follow the selected offer, without restricting statutory guarantees.
6. Other purchases and platforms
Development, installation or maintenance services follow the timetable agreed in the offer or quotation. If a physical product is offered in future, its shipping charges, deadlines, delivery areas and return rules will be disclosed before ordering. Payhip purchases retain their original reference and delivery channel; no new purchase is required to report a problem.
