One organisation, GrantHelm, one authorised computer. FR and EN share licence rights on that computer and must not run simultaneously on the same profile. Maintenance expiry does not end your right to use the purchased version. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.

Questions before choosing

Is GrantHelm a cloud service?

No. It installs on Windows x64 and operates locally, without a subscription or permanent internet connection. A student portal and multi-computer synchronisation are not included.

How do I activate my licence?

After downloading and installing, export the .dprequest file from Licence and send it with your order reference to contact@docpilotia.com. The seller verifies the order and returns a signed .dplicence to import. Download and activation are separate steps; instant activation is not promised.

Are reports submitted automatically to the National Agency?

No. GrantHelm supports preparation and generation of statements from your recorded data. You check the information, current requirements and grant agreement, then complete official entry or submission. GrantHelm does not guarantee compliance and is not an official Erasmus+ tool.

Do payment confirmations transfer money?

No. They record operations carried out by your organisation. No bank transfer or electronic signature is integrated.

Can I recover my data?

Exports and complete backups cover data, evidence and settings. Keep an external copy. Restoring data does not transfer a licence.

Can I change computers?

Reinstallation on the same computer can reuse the signed file. Hardware or computer changes may require a new request to the seller and discontinuing use on the old computer. Offline transfer cannot remotely revoke an old permanent file.

Does support have permanent remote access?

No permanent seller access is integrated. Assistance is arranged with your consent and within your purchased package.
